In the larger villa, one enters the spacious, airy living area with its comfortable sofas. The three double (or twin) bedrooms, all accessed from the main living area, are tastefully furnished and come with en-suite bathrooms, two with shower and one with a bath and shower. Also accessed from the living room is the stylish, & well equipped cornflower blue kitchen. At the rear of the house there is a seating & dining area - as well as a staircase that leads to the spectacular roof terrace, equipped with sun loungers and seating area.
The entrance of the second property, The Garden Villa, takes one into a cosily furnished living area with a large fireplace. From here a large archway leads one into the kitchen and dining area. At either end of this open-plan living-dining-kitchen area are the two double/twin bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. One of the bedrooms has the extra benefit of a small cot room /dressing room for infants.
Villa San Vincenzo's gardens are a mix of olive groves, fruit trees, organic vegetable gardens, leafy arcades and palm-tree-flanked paths. We encourage guests to help themselves to the garden produce. Whether it be seasonal vegetables or herbs to cook with, there is always something tasty to be found in the garden. Guests may choose from multiple al fresco dining areas; two outside the main house, the pool area dining (with kitchen) and the pizza oven area which is by The Garden House. As well as the large terrace on the roof of the Main House- perfect for Aperol Spritz sundowners...
As lovely as the gardens are, you may find you spend the vast majority of your time in the pool area, which boasts an outdoor lounge area with sofas and fireplace, an indoor kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room. The pool itself has a shallow paddling/beach area and is surrounded by comfortable sun-loungers, from which you can work on your tan during the day or watch a film on the large pool-side cinema screen in the evening.

The Concierge will help you tailor your holiday on a daily basis, and whether its hiring in local chefs for long lazy al fresco meals, in-house massages, yoga, pizza chef, wine tasting, cooking classes, or making sure you find the best local hidden beaches and restaurants, nothing is too much trouble. On arrival you will find each kitchen stocked with our home produced olive oil and honey, along with some local dishes. We also have a small honesty bar / Cantina on site - which we keep fully stocked with a selection of local wines.
For those of you who don’t want to laze in the sun by the pool all day: sailing, diving, tennis, riding, fishing trips, wine tasting etc. can all be arranged. You can even arrange for your full food & drink shop to be there on arrival, with the Prosecco all ready on ice - so your holiday can start from the moment you arrive.
